During your workout, the Myzone device tracks your heart rate and displays it as a
color-coded zone on the screen. Each zone represents a different effort level,
helping you understand whether you’re warming up, working at a steady pace,

As you move through your workout, you earn Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) based on
how hard you’re working—not how fit you are. This means every member has the

After your workout, your data is saved in the Myzone app so you can review your
