Fit Leader
Emily is a passionate instructor and devoted leader who brings heart, strength, and mindfulness to every class she teaches. A graduate of Salem High School, she’s certified through NASM and Hot Asana Yoga University, with a background that combines fitness and yoga for a well-rounded, empowering approach.
Her certifications include a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Certified Yin Yoga Instructor, Certified Myofascial Release Instructor, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is also CPR, AED, and First Aid certified.
Emily is driven by the desire to live life to the fullest and to be a strong role model for her four children. Her passion lies in helping others unlock their inner power and confidence. At Drive, she’s inspired by the uplifting and supportive community that motivates everyone to be their best.
Outside of the studio, Emily enjoys practicing yoga, lifting weights, skiing, spending time at the beach on Plum Island, cooking, enjoying good food, listening to music, and sharing laughter with those around her.
