Sam is an exercise science graduate following in the footsteps of her mom. She became an NSCA certified personal trainer in 2013 and has worked with a variety of clients both individually and in small groups ever since. She grew up with a very active lifestyle and continues to push herself to new limits with her training both in and outside the gym. Sam aspires to help anyone who wants to live a healthier and more active lifestyle through a variety of customized training. She helps show clients the farther they are pushed out of their comfort zone, the stronger they learn they are. She believes good physical health is the key to living and enjoying life.
