Jess is a Certified Personal Trainer and Membership Advisor at Drive, with a lifelong passion for health and fitness. Growing up, she participated in sports like softball, basketball, and cheerleading. Although she became a Certified Nursing Assistant in high school, her love for music led her to study audio engineering and co-own a nightclub and recording studio.
After stepping away to raise her children, Jess faced her own weight loss journey, losing 100 lbs through nutrition, weight training, and movement. This transformation reignited her love for fitness, inspiring her to go back to college at 40, where she studied anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. She then earned her NASM certification as a personal trainer to help others on similar journeys.
Jess specializes in teaching Shred, LIFT, and Kettlebell classes, bringing her unique energy and experience to motivate clients, often drawing from her background in the music industry to enhance the workout atmosphere.
