Fit Leader

Michael has worked with athletes of all levels, ranging from middle school to Division 1. Training at locations such as Southern New Hampshire University (NH), Mississippi State University (MS), Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning (MA), and Angelo State University (TX) ultimately landing him in Salem, NH!

Micheal is an incredible addition to as the Drive Fit training team! He has taken on a handful of clients and leads multiple high energy classes a week!

He follows basic principles of weight training and is always progressing his athletes and clients. Always keeping injury prevention is his highest priority! He does this by progressing with the appropriate weights and exercises to match the individual’s goals. His most important principle to success in training is consistent hard work.
