Xavier’s passion for fitness began at a young age through his involvement in a variety of sports, including football, basketball, tennis, lacrosse, and volleyball. His exposure to strength and conditioning and personal training while playing these sports sparked his interest in helping others improve their lives through fitness.
Xavier holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from Merrimack College and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island. He has a strong foundation in training athletes and clients, emphasizing performance enhancement and injury prevention.
His previous experience includes a fellowship at Tufts University, where he served as the Head Coach for the men’s and women’s squash teams, and Assistant Strength Coach for sports such as basketball, football, lacrosse, baseball, swimming, fencing, and soccer. Xavier has also completed a Strength and Conditioning internship at Athletic Evolution, focusing on youth athletic development.
Xavier’s diverse background and commitment to fitness make him a versatile trainer who helps athletes and clients of all ages and abilities achieve their goals.
